Mend Protherm 103 EC Problem Bar Water

Protherm Boiler 3 years old. I think it is a 103 EC ??

Similar problem to the Glowworm Boiler, when at 3 Bar and then when the heating goes off, all water discharges from overflow, and boiler displays FO, this requires manual recharging, otherwise no hot water no heating, Help............
