my protherm 100ec combi keeps giving the fault f1?

hello my protherm 100ec combi boiler keeps saying the fault f1 every time i try to fire the boiler up can any one please give me any idea what it could be

no gas, no spark, flame not detected.
so could be no gas supply to house or boiler, faulty gas valve, faulty spark electrode, faulty flame detection electrode, faulty pcb.
