the rear windscreen wiper on my 97 ford fiesta doesn't work, i've checked the fuses and the connectors but still not had any luck. Anyone have any ideas??

make a test light,then check you have power to the motor,check the earth connection as some vehicles rely on the hinge pins to carry the earth over to the tail gate.
motor brushes could be stuck in holders or WORN down to limit
