Peuogot anti pollution light?

The anti pollution warning light came on on Friday. No limp mode appeard so I drove the car for a few more miles home. I then went to drive it later that day and the car has no power whatsoever no radio, no lights (internal or external) the car is simply dead. I have managed to jump the car and get it running, however the battery only last a few minutes until the charge runs out. Anyone have any ideas. After what I have been reading I thi the whole ecu is scrambled perhaps.......
