tdl 62 has a burning smell on high heat but ok otherwise.

If not used on high heat much, probably normal, burning off, debris etc. (think about it, clothes tumbling around, fibres get knocked off all the time, they have to go somewhere.) If you can get to see the element, make sure, nothing around it. But
