Mend Peugeot Speedfight 2 50cc Engine Fuel Coil

scoot refuses to start?

got agood spark new coil fuel /air mixture good engine flooding before has chance to fire has anyone out there had similar problems with thier peugeot speedfight 2 50cc please help if so get in touch

if carb ok. then check reed valves. might need renewing. they are under the inlet manifold.
