Mend Start Dash Starter

85 cf cranks but does not start?

initially would not light up the dash. problem with the starter safety coil which was repaired. now only cranks but does not bring fuel. engine light on showing low coolant and low oil.

i guess it's a UPEC system ...if you crack open an injector and hand prime it do you get fuel ???
