How to get TV channels back?

I've got a LG 32inch tv with a universal control, because it was brought second hand without one. It was working fine with all channels, guide etc, then my six year old went to change the channel now its stuck on radio channel ( karrang, heat,magic) i pressed for a tv channel but stayed on the same radio channel.
