Mend Hoover HNF7148 Light Machine Start

How can I fix my Hoover HNF7148?

Hoover HNF7148 when turned on the only light that comes on is the 'stain buster' light which flashes. No other lights come on when turned on and machine will not start in ny program. Any ideas what is wrong?
