Mend Bose Wave Cd Player

my Bose Wave radio's cd player quit working?

The CD would work sometimes but very inconsistently. It was used in the bathroom and wonder if the humidity had something to do with it. Now the CD doesnt work at all it just makes a loud buzzing noise. Can it be fixed?
