How can I find the front wheel to a Panasonic JetFlo 240 vacuum?

The front wheel to my Panasonic JetFlo 240 vacuum broke off. No regular vacuum repair store can get the part. The model # is MC-9530. Other than that it still does a great job. The wheel allowed the vacuum to turn 360 degrees.
