How can I fix my vokera compact28?

Looking for a bit of advice, my boiler keeps cutting out after half an hour, once switch it off and on again it works for another half an hour, I was advised it was the pcb changed the pcb and ignitor unit but fault still exists, the light flashes orange when it is working then flashes green after it cuts out, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
