how can i fix my epson stylus c44 plus?

it won't print the green on light is flashing at the same time as the red paper and ink light is flashing

Sounds as if it needs the ink pads in the base changing. (Or wash them out and dry them before replacing them - very messy!!!).
Then use SSC Service Utility to reset the counter.
