how do i stop my pegeout trekker cuttinjg out at full gas?

it will only do 8 mph and it trys to cut out its a fuel problem but wat ?

once you have it running disconect the + side of the battery ! if you now get full reves it electrical and not fuel

i would expect it to be either a blocked jet in nthe carb or possibly either water in the fuel or a faulty fuel tap
