Mend Craftsman 917.271634 Lawn Mower Engine Carburetor

How do I fix this problem with my mower?

Craftsman Mower Mod.917.271634 Runs for 30 min. gets hot and shutsdown. Will start again when cool only after I remove spark plug and let excess gas drain. Crank engine couple times to blow gas out spark plug hole replace plug and it starts. Fuel solenoid has current and appears to work properly. Cleaned carb and replaced. Now mower runs rough when it starts. Will appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

could be carb but sounds more likely the coil heating up to me also check that fule line is not giveing away

take off the carb and clean it again its running too rich....! and make sure all the settings are set right.
