im am trying to get into my toilet cistern that has just recently been fitted by my plumber and the lid is impossible to remove can anyone help as i have never come across this before!
Hi I have the same problem - now the flush does not work and I do not know how to get the lide off. It has a button at the top and I cannot see how you get it off

ring the plumber.Did you pay him? he may have glued it down for fun.
Or has it been plastered into the wall?
