Mend Whirlpool 6th Sense Washing Machine Repair

the door on my Whirlpool 6th Sense Washing Machine won't open. ?

I have had this problem before and took the top off and released it from inside the machine. However I can't remember what I fiddled with inside in order to release the door. Can anyone advise.
