HC means it has taken too long to fill. Check taps are fully open. Check that filters on inlet hose & inlet valve are not blocked and put end of hose in to tub & turn tap on to confirm that water is coming out. If inlet all ok then check that drain hose is not too low. Has to be up as high as the top deck or it will syphon water out as fast as it fills.
