Mend Hitachi LCD-1933WDCH Television Remote

19" LCD-1933WDCH Hotel mode fault?

I am unable to change channels with either the remote or the set top buttons. Also when I chose MENU I can see all four options but can only access two of them and am unable to retune it. I have been told that it may have gone into 'Hotel' mode but no-one seems to know how to fix it. Anyone got any ideas?
