Mend Maytag PAV3300AGW Spin Cycle Loud

maytag toploader PAV3300AGW unbalances in spin?

the spin cycle causes the machine to move about and makes a loud noise like the drum hitting the sides of the machine. I rebalance the load to no avail. It doesn't matter what type of load it is, it still unbalances. I have a handyman who can pull it apart but he needs to know what to do. Can you help? :)
