2002 Ldv convoy immbiliser/key reader problem?

Really hope someone can help this van is doing my head in !!
A small wire came out of the little green fob which fits into the key reader on the ignition barrel and ever since i havnt had it running , firstly i might have put the wires back in wrong , Does any one know what order they go in ??
An electrician tested the key reader and said it wasnt responding , now when i turn it over theres a clicking in the ecu ? apparently the diesel pump isnt pumping diesel.
Any help would be a God send Thanks in advance
