How can i bypass my immobiliser? Hyundai accent 1997?

I have a 1996/97 hyundai accent. It was oringally an x3, 1.3 model. But i have put a 1.5 litre dohc engine in it from a 1998 accent mvi. It has an ecu and loom from a 1998 mvi (different car) I have had the keys reprogrammed to match the ecu. and the fuel pump comes on when you turn to ignition, but there is no spark at all, and no power going to the coil pack, so i am 99% sure this is an immobilser issue. from the ignition barrel there is a small black immobilser unit box with 7 wires going into it.
How can i bypass this system?
