Mend DeLonghi Water Leaking Machine

water leaking coffee machine delonghi?

when i push for the hot water it does not come out of spout but fills the drip tray .. held door open to see prob and it looks like water is comming out of a clear presure drum up in the right back corner with a rubber seal do i replace that rubber seal?? thank you
