Hello; machine not making a "beeping" sound but like a motor trying to start but only lasting a second or so.
No lights are flashing when it makes this noise

By a regular pulsating sound do you mean a beeping sound and do the lights start flashing? If so, how many beeps then a pause and which lights are flashing?

Neither Cold or Hot water will run. When the start button is pressed the washing machine emits a regular pulsating sound, If advaced through the cycle it seems to do all other operations such as spin and attempts to pump out

Will it do anything at all when you press start? Is it only the cold water that will not enter or both hot & cold?
