how can i fix my pro form treadmill?

everything is working but there is no power going to the motor to turn the belt

Hi, i have the same problem with mine, im sorry but i have tried to fault find but had no joy, i have tested the red and black wire that goes from the motor and onto the circuit board but there is no reading at all so im pretty stumped, if u manage to sort it please let me know
