Mend Fordson Major Wont Start

fordson major won't start ?

tractor hasn't been used for about 6 months or more. we bleed the fuel lines we can get it started with airo start but it will stop as soon as you stop spraying it in to the air intake can't seem to get the fuel squirting out of the end of the injector lines. please help

dont use heather to start it fordson is one of the best to start out of all tractors

ensure fuel lines are clear and fllter not blocked try removing tank outlet pipe and check for good flow of fuel,-filter head can get bunged up with hay/straw etc.also clean out filter on lift pump[may be have to remove screw from top of pump for access or if glass bowl-remove same and sealing ring to release filter.]

Have you bled the injector pump itself?-hex head or slotted bleed screw on the pump body below where the injector pipes connect.
Abit obvious, but make sure the stop lever isn't stuck in the stop position, and push in the cold start button in the stop lever shaft.
