Mend Renault Grand Espace 3.0 V6 24v 30 Turn Cold

how do i fix my blowers on a renault grand espace 3.0 V6 24v (X reg)?

When i turn on my blowers and try to get cold air inside the car it only blows warm air! It is all operated on a control panel (oyster shaped) on the dash to the right hand side of the driver by the steering wheel. How can i stop sweating in this heat?
