Mend Boiler Hot Water Problems

isar boiler 30?

i am haveing problems with the hot water when i turn on the hot water tap the water runs luke warm and then cold then luke and the radiators get hot but the boler says it is delivering hot water

its the diverter valve or the acutator head. Get them from a Parts Centre quoting the two letter prefix from the serial number as there are different versions.
