how can i fix my glow worm swift flow100e?

the heating system is working perfect, but the hot water is running for aprox 30 sec. and after that is going cold. turn tap off, leave it for few sec. and when turn on again same thing happens.
the burner stays on all time, and everything else looks allright.
what can it be wrong?

From the boiler being cold, run hot tap and feel the central heating flow pipe, if it gets hot, you have a diverter valve issue.. not a job for diyer im afraid...
