Mend Renault Clio Mk2 Window Drivers

window will not close?

clio mk2 drivers window not operating and is down!. The window did stick like this before but now it will not function. I hear clicking when i try to operate switch so am not sure its the relay. Not sure the fuse has blown I have checked but nothing seems damaged. Any suggestions??
