Mend Digitrex cfd2271h Power Cut Not Come Back

power cut then tv will not come back on?

i have a Digitrex 21.6 inch tv dvd combo model no cfd2271h serial no 005031224 and since we had a power cut nothing will work.the standby light comes on but tv will not work.any ideas?
