Mend Ford Focus Door Inside

ford focus w reg ghia 2.0 ltr?

Nsf door lock doesn't lock from outside or inside , i can lock the others from the inside manually but when i try the fob, the door locks lock and re open.I have tried the the 4 turn ignition reset but to no joy.Can anyone help ? or do i need a new lock actuator?

If you remove the door panel you will see on the bottom of the latch assembly a white micro switch, it tells the c/locking module the door latch is closed & latched, this will allow the locking motor to lock the door, if this switch has fallen out or is faulty the door will lock and then immediately unlock
