why does my Crosley washer only run hot water?

My crosley washer model CAH4205AWJ will only run hot water through, no matter which temperature setting it is on. When it first started messing up it reversed the setting. When the button was on hot/cold, it would wash cold and rinse hot. Now it runs hot every temperature. I have plugged/replugged, changed button settings before water runs and during, switched lines around (hooking hot hose to cold connection in back of machine). Nothing is helping. Any suggestions?
