My water pressure is ok DOWNSTAIRS, but ALL the taps UPSTAIRS has received decreased water pressure over the last 9 months. Every thing else is fine. The screens on taps are cleaned. What could be SLOWING down the PRESSURE JUST to the UPSTAIRS taps??? Please someone out there should have an idea. It affects both HOT AND COLD water.
