fuel problem withrenalt traffic 2003?

hi have a renalt traffic on 2003
this van is my dying nitemare the van has not stop going wrong have tried every gargae in my town all feels liked ripped me of

any way have got a fuel problem ,had aa out said there a fuel problem some where ,went to garage ,they fiited another new turbo saying thats the problem but no its not ,checked egr valve said its fine ,van starts but smokes really bad any clues im at my last straw now ,the van has been rebuilt twize ready for match but just cant pull myself to doinh it ha
