Mend Indesit DI620 Dishwasher Arms Bottom

indesit dishwasher problem model di620?

got no water spraying out off arms which means elements in bottom getting very hot water filling in bottom tray but thats it,cannot get off cycle number either so got to reset all the time filter in bottom not blocked no kink in pipe either,help please
