On occasions my dishwasher is failing to wash the items on the bottom rack.
It varies from left hand side to right hand side.I have made sure that all the filters are clean and the arms are clear to supply the water to the racks.The appliance is cleaned quite often,with nothing in the dishwasher.
Can you advise anything else I can do.
pump continuing draining but no water going in and the dishes not getting clean

Use good quality Rinse Aid - it helps the rinsing water drain off properly - if it doesn't drain off, broken down bits of food debris remain in the rinsing droplets and get baked on hard during the drying process - any dirst on the crocks at the end of washing must be food debris that went in the machine on the crockery - it may help to scrape off any big lumps before loading.
