Kenwood KDW12ST3A not cleaning well?

Hi there,

I have a Kenwood dishwasher which has been working well over the last 4 years - all of a sudden it now doesnt clean items on the bottom rack. I have cleaned filters, run it empty with a dishwasher cleaner, taken the arms out and washed them, ran a descaler cleaner but still no joy. The are no codes being displayed on the programme setting, so i am at a lost to what to do. Any ideas?
