can i get a spare part for a frister rossman cub 4?

the retractable spool pin to the right hand side has come loose, a piece of plastic that held it in underneath the cover broke and has now been glued back but the spool still falls through the hole if i let go as if there should be something else underneath to hold it in place. can i get this part still?
