950i knitting machine brother?

Don't contact BSK!!
They NEVER return calls.
I phoned early this year (2013) regarding a Brother 950I part. All the chap said was" The 950i was obsolete 15years ago!"
Recently I tried again for another part the kind lady said she would ask the Engineer if he had any spare parts and asked for my number to ring back...and no returned call.
So I emailed for the same part... and no return email. They do not deserve to be in business.

Hi Carol,
I think the 950 carriage should fit OK as they are essentially the same model.
If you contact Heathercraft, BSK or Metropolitan they will be able to advise you as to which carriages would be compatible.
