I am getting back to knitting on my KH 260 Bulky machine and trying out techniques with tuck stitches and the carriage is completely stuck. I removed the sinker plate but the needles are stuck and the carriage cannot be lifted off.
Any ideas to solve this problem would be really appreciated!
Sounds like needles might beabit gummed up. You could take a risk and try WD40 and see if that frees the needles BUT be warned, you'll need to clean it off afterwards.
