model ST742?

Less than 1 year this steam iron is not working so I sent to Best Denki. The staff sent to agent, Kenwood to replace the parts. More than a year it spoilt again, I don't know should I send for repair (don't know if is worth paying for the repair since warranty period already over. Friendly speaking this is my first time getting this brand which was recommended by the sales staff. I had used Philips, Morphy Richards brands but no problems only find using too long I get a new iron.
