Mend Gainsborough 9.5e Water Pressure

How do i fix my gainsborough 9.5e?

I have water coming out the back of my shower. Having read some stuff on line, i can guess its the pressure release device(PRD). How do i get the front cover off and how do i repair/ replace the PRD
