Mend Gainsborough Leaking Shower Valve

Water leaking from the back of my gainsborough 9.5 e shower when turned on?

When i turn on the shower, water leaks out of a valve behind the the nosel that connects to the shower hose. This is reducing the shower pressure. How can i fix this?
