how do i mend my shower?

Hi my gainsborough 9.5e shower isnt working it could be one of two things maybe? -the thermal cut out perhaps as i am getting no hot water or water temperature or the valve as there is no water pressure? it used to go to scalding hot it is just dribbling out but the element is fine? has the thermostat gone?any suggestions please?
