Mend Tecumseh 17.0 Wiring Diagram Changed

where can I get a free wiring diagram for a 17.0 tecumseh?

changed engines from a 13.0 tecumseh to a 17.0 tecumseh and had to change the wiring harness, getting no fire at the spark plug, cleaned and adjusted the magneto, how can I check to see if I have the wiring correct??

The only part of the wiring that will make the engine not run is the kill wire. Just disconnect it (it will be a single wire coming out from under the cowling). With a meter on the now disconnected harness wire, check that there is open circuit to ground with the switch in 'RUN' or 'START', and a short to ground with the switch at 'STOP'. If that checks out, crank the engine and check for spark. If none, you have a duff coil.
