Why is my Bosch WTA 2000 heating element always on?

I have changed the heating element and now when I connect, there is always power going to element. Has anyone got a wiring diagram to explain connections?

andrew the connections are not very important,the power stays on for quite some time during the wash cycle but should shut off just before the rinse
