usually remove the whole filter onto the bench,push in the blue pipe clips on the three fuel pipes to remove pipes from filter head,remove electrical plug and pull up whole filter,unscrew bottom drain plug and drain filter,usually clamp filter in vice,not too tight,it is only plastic and usually use oil filter pliers to remove top securing collar if you dont have the correct tool,unscrew,lift of top of filter then twist 90 degrees to the left and pull off,refit in reverse,switch ign.on and wait 30 secs for filter to fill then start motor and check for leaks,good luck
