Mend Bristan J26NV Leaking Shower Turned

leaking shower?

Can anyone advise me, I have a Bristan recessed shower which is constantly leaking. I have turned the on / off valve as far as I can to minimise the dripping but to no avail. Does anyone know what part is faulty and how do I remove the valve from the wall ??
