Mend Bristan Thermostatic Shower Repair

no hot water in a thermo static bristan shower?

There is hot water going into the back of the thermostatic bristan bar shower but no hot water coming out ,could the filter be blocked and how hard is it fix? Sorry i have no name or modle number.
